Home, Business or Hotel Pickup
To arrange a pickup from your home, office, or hotel, simply schedule an online reservation, contact us via email or give us a call at +1 (888) 672-7438. Our reservations desk is open 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm PST. A RapidShuttle vehicle will pick you up at the pre-arranged pick-up time and bring you directly to your destination. It’s really that simple!
Customers can select any pickup time but we may suggest a time to ensure prompt delivery with time to spare. It’s important to be ready for departure at the scheduled time so our drivers can maintain your desired schedule. Please allow a 15 minutes grace period before contacting customer car. We’ll get your there!
Airport Pickup
Are you being picked up at the airport? Call our customer care agent the moment you have your luggage at +1 (888) 672-7438. The customer care agent will let you know exactly where to meet your driver. When the RapidShuttle vehicle arrives at the curb you and your party will be promptly boarded and you’ll be on your way!

Please note! If a reservation is booked from the airport that does not necessarily mean a RapidShuttle vehicle will be waiting when you arrive. Due to security considerations airports do not allow vehicles to queue at the curb. However, we have vans waiting close by in a “holding lot” just around the corner so we are always close by.
