Our Policies

All Rapid Shuttle customers have the freedom to set your pick-up time. Therefore, RapidShuttle cannot be held responsible for any delays or missed flights. Based on our experience, we recommend the following pick-up times for non-stop airport shuttle services:

Domestic Flights

  • 2 hours for airports located 30-40 miles from pick-up point.
  • 2.5 hours for airports located 40-60 miles from pick-up point.
  • 3 hours for airports located 60-70 miles from pick-up point.
  • 3.5 hours for airports located 70-80 miles from pick-up point.

International Flights

  • 2 hours for airports located 30-40 miles from pick-up point.
  • 2.5 hours for airports located 40-60 miles from pick-up point.
  • 3 hours for airports located 60-70 miles from pick-up point.
  • 3.5 hours for airports located 70-80 miles from pick-up point.

Wait Time Charges

Wait time charges for airport arrivals are calculated as follows:

From Airports, Train Stations & Cruise Terminals

International Arrivals:
A fee in the amount of $20 will cover an hour and half of wait time. Additional wait time beyond the first hour and half will be assessed at $10.00 per every 30 minutes.

Domestic Arrivals:
The first hour is free of charge. A fee in the amount of $15.00 will cover be charged for every 30 minutes of waiting time beyond the first hour.

From Hotels, Residences, Offices & Venues

Wait time charges for transfers other than airport arrivals will be assessed after the first 15 minutes and will be calculated as a percentage of our hourly charge based on the vehicle requested. For example, 30 minutes of wait time at a hotel in a sedan will be assessed at $11.25.

Due to high demand and at the sole discretion of RapidShuttle, we occasionally contract other reliable shuttle companies to provide service. This company will meet or exceed our service commitment. The day before your scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle will let you know exactly which company will be providing the service if one of our shuttles is not available.

Cancellation Policy

A service fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged for any cancellation made less than 5 hours prior to scheduled pick up in a sedan, Van, Minivan or an SUV - 5 hours prior to scheduled pick up in a limousine - 72 hours prior to pick up in a Sprinter van or mini-coach holding up to 33 passengers - 7 days prior to pick up in a mini-coach or bus holding more than 33 passengers. We are not responsible for passenger flights or trains which are missed, cancelled, diverted, delayed or any other incident which results in failure to comply with the Cancellation Policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill client needs in these instances subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings without detriment to other reserved clients. Reservation information contained herein is considered true and accurate unless otherwise corrected by notifying us. Full trip charge will apply if the passenger fails to contact our office if they are unable to locate their chauffeur or if our chauffeur is unable to locate the passenger within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Type of Information We Collect & How It Is Used

RapidShuttle only gathers personal information, such as first and last names, addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers, when you voluntarily submit it RapidShuttle. Personal information may be collected from you so we can provide you an e-mail receipt following a transaction, and to provide you with promotional offers and information.

Sharing of Personal Information

Only with your permission, we will occasionally send marketing materials to you, such as discount offers, new product offerings, and more. If you do not wish to receive this information, we will not send it to you. Companies may be engaged by RapidShuttle to perform a variety of functions, such as assisting with promotions, and providing technical services for our web site. These companies may have access to personal information if required. These companies may not use your information for any other purpose than performing their job.

RapidShuttle does not sell, transfer or disclose personal information to third parties.

RapidShuttle reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation, or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or an investigation on a matter of public safety.
